Springs, back to Denver, Fort Collins, Greeley, to
Frederick all over the state of Colorado. From
Comedy Works to Pistil Pete's. I was able to spend
one afternoon enjoying a Colorado Rockies game at
Coors Field. Two guys got standing ovations that
day. Starting pitcher Aaron Cook for giving up only
one earned run and scattering eight hits over eight
quality innings of work and Matt Golightly for
handing a foul ball off the bat of Todd Helton to a
five-year old kid while pictured on the jumbotron. I
hear I even got some love on the radio for that move.
The craziest show of the trip, Roosters on $1
Corona night. Kiss your material goodbye as half
the show was spent trying to get two drunk girls in
the front row to make-out. The crowd kept buying
me beers and I kept giving them to the girls. While
the cameras for ManiaTv.com where rolling the
whole time! All I know is I closed the show by telling
the girls to "keep the empty Corona bottles cause
this show was getting on the internet one way or
another"...and no, I don't know what that means.
